Pine Ridge Inn Hotel Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it’s necessary to cancel or modify your reservation. To ensure a smooth process and provide the best service to all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all reservation cancellations or modifications.

2. Cancellation Notification:

• Guests must notify the Pine Ridge Inn of any cancellations or modifications at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

3. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
• In the case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full reservation amount for the entire stay will be charged.

4. Cancellation Process:

• To cancel or modify a reservation, guests can contact our reservations team by phone or email during our business hours.

5. Extenuating Circumstances:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Guests facing unexpected situations preventing them from adhering to the 48-hour notice period are encouraged to contact the Pine Ridge Inn as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate such situations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Group Bookings:

• For group bookings (defined as five rooms or more), a longer cancellation notice period and specific cancellation terms may apply. Please contact our group reservations department for more information.

7. Early Departures:

• In the event of early departure, guests will be charged for the full reserved stay.

8. Reservation Changes:

• Changes to the reservation dates, including early departures or late arrivals, are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

9. Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations within the specified period will be processed in accordance with our standard refund policy.
