Rates are based on double occupancy
Additional guests are $15 per person with a limited capacity of 4 adults per room.

Deposit: One night room and tax is charged at the time of booking for a security deposit.

Cancellations: There is a $25.00 fee for all cancellations. If you should cancel less than seven (7) days before your reservation, the fee is the security deposit of one night's room plus tax. A valid credit card is required at check-in regardless of final payment method. Specific units and requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.

Smoking: Limited to balconies and outdoor common areas on property
